CUSTOM ENCLOSURES
3D printed enclosures for electronics and devices
An enclosure needs to protect its internal components while allowing the device to work. PRO3D produces enclosures from your model and reviews openings, mounting points, fit and operating conditions.
Fit and assembly
Before production, we need information about the circuit board, connectors, screws and other interfacing parts. Mark important openings, critical dimensions and visible surfaces on your drawing. A sample can be arranged to check installation.
From PETG to FR materials
PETG and ABS are useful choices for many enclosures. For outdoor use, we assess ASA; higher temperatures may require other materials. Where flammability requirements apply, we select an FR formulation with suitable documentation and agree on the specification.
Finish, markings and further production
We agree on colour, wall thickness, layer height and finishing of visible surfaces. Logos, connector labels and multicolour accents can be included where appropriate. Once the geometry is approved, we produce the agreed quantity and support repeat orders.
Before you order
Does FR material mean a non-flammable enclosure?
No. FR means flame-retardant. A material classification does not certify the complete product; wall thickness, production process and the required standard must be considered.
Can you guarantee a watertight enclosure?
Include sealing requirements in your inquiry. The material and printing process alone do not establish an IP rating. Design, seals and any testing must be agreed for the actual application.
LET'S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
Have a model?
Let's find the right approach.
Send your file and describe its use. We will review your requirements and prepare a quote.
No obligation to order.
