3D printing of functional industrial components
An industrial part needs to withstand its actual working conditions. At PRO3D in Šentjur, Slovenia, we produce functional components from your 3D model and select the material, print orientation and settings for the application.
Brackets, guides and assembly fixtures
We print holders, spacers, guides, assembly fixtures and custom replacement parts. We review mounting points, interfaces with other components and load directions. Mark critical dimensions and tolerances on your drawing.
Materials for the working environment
PETG and ABS are excellent choices for many mechanical components. For wear, higher temperatures or greater stiffness, we assess nylon, PC and fibre composites. Flexible protection and damping parts can be made from TPU. Moisture and chemicals also influence the choice.
From a trial part to repeat orders
We produce individual parts or agreed quantities, including 1,000 or more where geometry and deadlines allow. By arrangement, we can make a sample for testing in your working environment before continuing with the approved specification.
Before you order
Can a 3D printed part be used mechanically?
Yes, with suitable material selection, design and print orientation. We assess each application; for critical parts, verification and testing should be agreed before use.
Can we reorder the same part?
Yes. Reference the previous project and any changed requirements. We agree on the material, geometry and production specification.
