Enquiry data
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your company details, contact person's name, email address, any phone number, production requirements and attached models or documents. We use these to assess feasibility, prepare a quote and communicate about the project. We cannot respond without a contact email address.
Processing for a quote and a potential order is based on steps taken before entering into a contract or performing a contract. Business contact details of company representatives are processed based on our legitimate interest in business communication. Technical records for preventing misuse are used to protect the service.
Access, retention and service providers
Submitted files are not publicly accessible. Access is intended for handling your enquiry. Our website, database and attachments are hosted by HITROST.COM d.o.o. Some product photographs are loaded from Etsy servers; Etsy receives technical access data, such as your IP address, when these images load.
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and subsequent business communication. Where business is concluded, relevant documentation is also retained in accordance with legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of models after the project is completed.
Your rights
Subject to applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to prodaja@pro3d.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
