Selecting and ordering

Choose your product, options, quantity and any personalisation. You can edit details or remove a product in the cart. Before paying, check the delivery address, selected options, personalised text and final amount. After successful payment, your order is accepted; confirmation and an order number appear on the order page, which you can print or save. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help or a correction.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Before confirming, you see product prices, shipping costs and the total amount. Card payments take place in Stripe's payment environment when checkout is enabled. You do not enter card details directly on the PRO3D website. If payment fails, the order is not confirmed for production.

Production and delivery

Preparation time is shown with the product. Shipping costs depend on the selected product, quantity and destination country and are displayed in the cart. Products from the same collection use the highest base shipping charge plus an additional charge for remaining items. Products from different collections may be shipped separately. Estimated transit time is additional to preparation time; working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes that are not included in the displayed shipping cost. For questions about a specific address or urgent deadline, email us before ordering.

Personalisation and product characteristics

For custom text or dimensions, we use the information you enter when ordering. Check spelling, size and compatibility. Photographs show the product; screen colours may differ. Fine visible layers are a normal characteristic of 3D printing. This does not limit your rights if the product does not match the agreed description or purpose.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us within that period at prodaja@pro3d.si, then return the goods to the seller's address within a further 14 days. The buyer pays the direct return cost. We refund payments, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

The right to withdraw without a reason generally does not apply to goods made to the buyer's precise specifications or clearly personalised, for example with personal lettering. Simply choosing a standard colour or version does not by itself qualify for this exception. Rights concerning non-conformity also apply to personalised products. More about the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal notice

You may use the following wording or another unequivocal statement: ‘I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following goods: [products]. Order number: [number]. Date received: [date]. Buyer's name and address: [details]. Date of notice: [date].’

Non-conformity and complaints

If a product is damaged or does not match your order, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. For consumer goods, the seller is legally liable for non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to have conformity restored free of charge or to other statutory remedies. These rights differ from voluntary product returns. We use data to process orders, payments, delivery and legal obligations. Details are in our privacy notice. These terms apply to orders in this online shop. Custom 3D printing enquiries remain non-binding until an individual quote is confirmed.
