Every enquiry is reviewed by a person.

We do not use an online calculator because geometry alone cannot tell the whole story. What the part must withstand, how it assembles and where it will be used all matter. We review each model manually and discuss the right choices with you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request
a quote.

A few answers to help you get started.
Contact us about special requirements.

How many parts can I order?

You can order from 1 to 1,000+ parts, depending on your project. We also support repeat orders and multiple identical or customised products. Feasibility and lead time are confirmed after reviewing geometry, size and material.

How is the price of 3D printing calculated?

Price depends on the model, quantity, material, printing time, supports and finishing. We do not use online calculators: we manually review every enquiry and discuss the right technology and settings. We prepare a quote after an expert review.

Which files can I send?

We accept STL, STEP/STP, 3MF, OBJ, PDF and ZIP or 7Z archives. You can add up to 20 files, each no larger than 30 MB. You may also include a drawing with critical dimensions and tolerances.

I do not know which material or settings I need.

Choose ‘Advise me’ and describe the application. Information about loads, temperature, chemical contact and indoor or outdoor use is helpful.

Is layer height the same as part accuracy?

No. Layer height describes the thickness of each printed layer. Final dimensional accuracy also depends on technology, material, orientation and geometry. Please specify required tolerances separately.

What is the lead time?

We determine the lead time after reviewing the model and quantity. Enter your preferred date in the enquiry so we can check feasibility and agree on any sample and final delivery.
